Poor CS when purchasing from the app
Personally I would have given the app a 5 star because as a emoji app I think it works fine.
This is probably my first and last order I will make from Kims "Merch"
My issue is purchases made in their "Merch" section. I purchased a Christmas gift over Black Friday/Cyber Monday, got an email confirmation. There was a hold on my credit card for a month with no shipping information. When you look for someone to contact they send you an automated email with regular shipping and processing delays not an actual response about why your particular order hasnt shipped in a month.
Needless to say after 3 emails and no order shipped I have to resort to writing a bad review. If youre going to sell me an app so that I can go and purchase your "merch" you should be able to afford a decent customer service team with some basic knowledge on how to handle issues and customers.
This is probably my first and last order I will make from Kims "Merch"
